LocalHub will deliver your information to where people live - on social - thus delivering a much wider distribution.

That is great and we suggest you maintain it. But consider this: how much time is spent by your staff doing graphics, scripting copy and posting to social media. LocalHub automates all that so the information comes directly from your website. There is no additional handling from your end, the post is automatically compiled and posted saving a huge amount of time.

The Local Hub network is made up of over 1,500 pages with each one servicing a local audience. One local page will cover several suburbs and the audience can be easily mapped by our data technicians to ensure accurate coverage of Council boundaries. Local Hub achieves an above industry average engagement rate because of the diversity of information carried on the local pages - property, business, news and council. Another point to remember is that you will not be restricted in the number of posts you generate per day which is something that is not possible on a single site. LocalHub is able to offer that possibility because of the variety of content we already offer from thousands of contributors.

A great question, but consider this; the information you supply will potentially reach a whole new audience. An audience that is already highly engaged with the variety of information offered on the LocalHub network and then, when they interact with your post, they will be directed back to your website. Your posts can be identified as coming from you as the source, with your branding and then all traffic from people who engage will be directed back to your website. There will be no third party involvement and therefore the communication stays between you and your target market.

Apart from some very minimal setup to ensure the information comes to LocalHub via FTP or RSS feed directly from your website, there is nothing to be done by your staff, apart from maybe selecting what information should be shared or the service can be set up as a default and fully automated. We should point out that there might be some time requirement from your end in the event you choose additional branding to the posts. We can discuss that if you are interested in progressing.

There will be a small monthly fee payable by Council after a non-obligation trial period of 45 days. The fee then will be $99 + GST per month. There is no set up or establishment fee. The only addition to that could be in the event additional branding is required. Like in the earlier point, we can discuss that before you proceed.
